Austrian Champion signs for WNT- ROTOR in 2019

WNT – ROTOR Pro Cycling is pleased to welcome 27-year old Austrian road race champion, Sarah Rijkes to the team in 2019.

 

Rijkes, who describes herself as an all-rounder and great team player will be a big asset to the team helping our sprinters Lisa Brennauer and Kirsten Wild, especially in the spring classics, a part of the season which Sarah relishes.

 

“I am really looking forward to racing with strong and experienced riders, such as Lisa. I am willing to give it my all for the team, but I think this will enable me to grow as a rider myself.” said Rijkes.

 

Claude Sun, Managing Director of Cutting Tools Europe adds “Sarah is a great addition to our team, she is a rider who will be crucial in our lead-out train, but also a rider who has climbing abilities along with other great qualities. It’s special to have the Austrian road race champion on our team, especially with Ceratizit in Austria, a member of the Plansee Group in Reutte."

 

WNT – Cutting Tool supplier with connection to the cycling industry
