Team WNT Rotor Pro Cycling are pleased to announce that Italian Lara Vieceli will join the team from 2019. The 25-year old based in Fonzaso, which is in the same region as Venice joins from Astana. The all rounder known for her strong finishes at the end of races with tough parcours.
It was no brainer for DS Dirk Ballinger to sign Vieceli, a former winner of a stage at the Tour de Bretagne in 2016 after finishing 3rd at Giro del Trentino the previous year. Vieceli will look to carry on her development in new surroundings and is looking forward to starting the new season.
Vieceli who will join fellow Italian Erica Magnaldi for 2019 said “I was interested in the team and after some discussions in the year, I’m really excited as I think this is the best place for me, they’ve signed some great riders and I can’t wait to race alongside them next year.”
The Italian who finished her university degree in February will begin her 2019 campaign in new colours shortly and we can’t wait to see her race.
